Everything you need to know about our procedures
We work with babysitters in the different areas of Beirut, Metn and Kesserwan. According to your area of residence and the type of request you have, we will send the available babysitter that is closest to you so you won’t need to pay additional transportation charges whenever possible.
If we don’t cover the area you live in, you can always arrange for transportation (taxi, driver, gas money) for a babysitter in an area nearby at your own discretion.
If this is your first time booking an On Call, temporary or overnight babysitter with us, we advise you to book her at least half an hour before you go out. This way you can all get to know each other. You can also opt for hiring her the first time while you stay home, so you can get to know the person who will be taking care of your kids in future bookings.
You can either call us on +961 3 941 944 or drop us an email here to place your request and get information about our services. We usually answer back within a very short time.
For on call and temporary bookings, it is preferable to call us 3-4 days ahead of time in order to guarantee the nanny’s availability. For peak periods such as holidays and summer, the sooner you book, the more chances you get at finding availability.
Yes, of course. We try to always send the same babysitter so that you and the kids get used to her.
Don’t worry, in case your regular babysitter wasn’t available on the date you are requesting, we can always provide you with a replacement nanny. They are all equally sweet and lovable!
Payment is made prior to the date of hiring via Bank Deposit or internal bank transfers in selected Lebanese banks (free of charge) or Western Union (Take into consideration adding the transfer fees to the total amount). In case you exceed the agreed on hours, you can pay the additional fees in cash directly to the babysitter.
Since we have a small team of babysitters, all bookings are final and non-refundable in case of cancellation. An exception is made in case of force majeure situations (death, war, explosion), the amount will be kept on balance for a future booking.
The nanny will provide childcare for the baby, including mixing food, feeding, taking care of his/her hygiene, and other tasks related to the baby’s safety and supervision.
Unfortunately no. Our babysitters only provide in-home childcare services.
No. This entails a huge responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for any risks of road accidents.
Upon her arrival, the babysitter fills a checklist with you before you leave in order to get all the important information: where you will be and how to reach you, the house rules, meal times and reminders, if the kids are taking any medications or have any allergies she should be aware of, etc… When you return, she will brief you on how everything was, go over the list with you and inform you of anything she may have noticed during her stay with the children.
You can always check in on your babysitter during the booking by calling or texting her. She will be more than happy to provide you with a status report of how everything is going at home.
Our manager is literally operational 24/7. She remains in constant contact with the babysitter from the moment she reaches your house until she leaves. She directly receives a brief from the babysitter on how everything turned out; and she will check in with you after the hiring is completed. We take your opinion very seriously and if you write us a nice comment, we will feature it on our website!
If you can’t find the answer to your question here, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us; we’ll be happy to help.
